asterLive™ is a Linux based Live CD build on Debian Etch 4.0 with Asterisk and all the products of the asterTools™ suite. A routine to install the system to the hard disk is also included.
To build a stable Linux system with Asterisk® on it was never so easy before, the target of asterLive™ was, to build a rugged standard Debian Etch 4.0, Asterisk® 1.4 including add-ons with all the products of asterTools™ in less than 30 minutes. asterTools™ support all major telephone cards that can be used within Asterisk®. The installation needs less than 500 MB on the Hard Disk. asterLive™ can be used as live cd without installation.
After starting up the CD (or the installation) you have a standard Debian Etch 4.0, Asterisk® 1.4 including the add-ons, MySQL database, Apache and php5. It includes also asterBoard™ and IVAN™ from the asterTools™ suite, all the applications are ready to use.
