support can be purchased hourly it must be purchased online or by wire transfer in advanced.
Hourly Price for one of the asterTool™ products: Euro 100,-/hour or a block of 3 hours for Euro 250,- for all products of asterTools™ and asterLive™ installations, please contact us to get support for your asterTool™ product.
Hourly Price for general Asterisk® support: Euro 160,-/hour or a block of 3 hours for Euro 420,- for all other Asterisk® related support that not belongs to one of the asterTools™ products, please contact us to get support for your Asterisk®.
Installation Support asterBoard™: can be purchased as package with the license of asterBoard™ and includes 1 hour for the initial configuration on existing Asterisk 1.4 installations and is valid for 30 days after purchase.
Requirements for the asterBoard™ installation support:
- Linux already installed
- Asterisk 1.4 installed and working
- SSH (Secure Shell) access
- Apache and PHP 5.x installed and working.

Anual Support Price for asterBoard™: Anual support is available for license holders of asterBoard™ and includes 3 hours of support per month. The monthly cost with a 12 month commitment is Euro 99,- and must be payed every month in advance, if you buy 12 month in advance the total price is Euro 999,-
IVAN™ installation support: if you have the needs to install IVAN™ to a existing Asterisk where you not able to use the Debian packages from the ZaKoTel repository we offer a custom installation for the price of: Euro 299,- it includes 3,5 hours installation time and is valid for 30 days after purchase, please contact us to get support for your IVAN™ installation.
